Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from clients to resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide excellent client experience through active listening and effective problem-solving
  • Navigate multiple systems to access account details and verify client information
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous remote customer service experience is a plus
  • Stable job tenure of one year or more in each position
  • Experience using customer service software and CRM systems
