Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Tier 1 - Sr Associate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from clients to resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide excellent client experience through active listening and effective navigation of systems
  • Utilize customer relationship management systems to maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous remote customer service experience is preferred
  • Stable job tenure of one year or more in each position is desirable
  • Experience with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial
