Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support by responding to inbound requests via email, phone, and chat while troubleshooting issues related to billing, plan setup, and platform usage
- Assist in creating and updating self-serve content such as help center articles and training videos
- Gather and escalate feedback on bugs and recurring practice needs to improve the client experience
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Loom, or Notion
- Highly organized and responsive, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for helping others succeed and personal growth
- Experience or curiosity about working in a fast-paced startup environment
