Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and escalate feedback on bugs and recurring practice needs to improve the client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Loom, or Notion
  • Highly organized and responsive, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for helping others succeed and personal growth
  • Experience or curiosity about working in a fast-paced startup environment
