Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Associate to provide assistance and support to legal clients and platform users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional support to customers through various channels and troubleshoot software-related issues
  • Create, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss trends and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Work experience in help desk, customer support, or user experience
  • Experience with support software such as Freshdesk or Zendesk
  • Experience in legal tech or support for software/platform users is a plus
  • Availability to work some weekends as part of the full-time schedule
