Job Summary

As a part-time Client Support Associate, the successful candidate will manage a high volume of diverse client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer experiences for business-to-business clientele
  • Interpret and resolve client requests while achieving first-contact resolution outcomes
  • Prepare correspondences and generate client revenue and portfolio reports
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent applicable experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English-Spanish or English-French is a plus
