Job Summary
Providing exceptional client support, the part-time Associate, Premier Support will assist clients via chat, email, and calls with system navigation and task execution while also managing account requests in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with login issues, system navigation, and specific task execution through chat, email, and calls
- Train clients on system functionalities, including running searches and exports
- Fulfill account management requests, such as account creations and project access
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles
- B2 level proficiency or higher in English
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong digital literacy and ability to communicate information effectively through various mediums
