Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Experience navigating and solving complex client issues across various communication channels
- Availability to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards
- Experience providing real-time support to teams and assessing decisions independently
