Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience navigating and solving complex client issues across various communication channels
  • Availability to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards
  • Experience providing real-time support to teams and assessing decisions independently
