Job Summary

To support daily operations and long-term projects, the full-time Client Support Coordinator will efficiently manage client inquiries related to Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Sage Legacy Products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor Support & Services inbox for client inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Create service tickets and maintain client contacts in ConnectWise Manage
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and follow-through
Required qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred
  • Detail-oriented with familiarity in Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work 12pm-8pm EST
  • Familiarity with professional business workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce or Certinia is a plus
