Job Summary
To support daily operations and long-term projects, the full-time Client Support Coordinator will efficiently manage client inquiries related to Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Sage Legacy Products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor Support & Services inbox for client inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Create service tickets and maintain client contacts in ConnectWise Manage
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and follow-through
Required qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred
- Detail-oriented with familiarity in Project Management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work 12pm-8pm EST
- Familiarity with professional business workflows
- Experience with Salesforce or Certinia is a plus
