Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Engineer (Tier 2) for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to document and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, following escalation procedures
  • Proactively monitor critical service alerts and provide clear communication on issue status

Required Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio
  • HTTP status code familiarity
  • Linux Server commands familiarity
  • Ability to isolate faults efficiently and evolve skills in a changing environment
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Client Support Specialist (Tier 1)
