Job Summary
Diagnosing and resolving complex interoperability issues, the full-time remote Client Support Engineer will perform technical analysis of FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and network integrations while collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to drive issue resolution and support customer escalations.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose interoperability issues across various APIs and network integrations by analyzing logs and system behavior
- Collaborate with Engineering to validate and resolve issues, creating actionable Jira tickets with supporting evidence
- Participate in customer escalation calls, providing technical insights and translating findings into clear communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions, including FHIR APIs and RESTful APIs using oAuth
- Proficiency in analyzing logs and diagnosing issues in distributed systems
- Familiarity with interoperability platforms and tools, such as interface engines and monitoring tools
- Experience executing SQL queries and working with data to support troubleshooting efforts
