Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Client Support team, setting performance expectations and facilitating professional development
  • Oversee team performance across inventory reconciliation and documentation workflows, ensuring adherence to KPI standards
  • Drive process improvements and manage escalations related to non-routine issues and workflow barriers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management required
  • 2+ years of people-leadership experience, including direct management of staff
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation workflows and medical documentation operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and drive accountability
