Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Manager to lead a team delivering technical and customer support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and performance of the Client Support team
  • Manage workforce planning, including staffing and scheduling strategies

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or customer service
  • Experience supervising or managing staff is preferred
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending practices and compliance is strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HDI, ITIL, Salesforce Service Cloud) are a plus
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
