Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Manager to lead a team delivering technical and customer support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the Client Support team
- Manage workforce planning, including staffing and scheduling strategies
- Drive customer success outcomes and improve client relationships through collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or customer service
- Experience supervising or managing staff is preferred
- Familiarity with mortgage lending practices and compliance is strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HDI, ITIL, Salesforce Service Cloud) are a plus
- Highly organized and self-motivated
