Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondent Client Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective relationships with mortgage bankers and financial institution clients
  • Support the Client Relationship Manager by managing a portfolio of 45-60 clients, including client training and account maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal partners to improve client-facing processes and address client risk events
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Mortgage Finance, and Mortgage Origination Operations
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems and software
  • Proven analytical skills for identifying issues and recommending solutions
  • Experience interacting with Executives and understanding mortgage loan pricing and contract requirements
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of mortgage loan credit policy and purchase processes
