Job Summary

Supporting the administrative functions of the Client Success and Engagement Team, the full-time Client Support Manager will ensure the accuracy of critical client information and data while managing district communications and job fairs remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by managing documents such as MOUs, quotes, and vendor applications
  • Handle district communications, including emails and phone calls, and coordinate district meetings as needed
  • Oversee district job fairs and manage outreach to fill district vacancies nationwide
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or professional administrative role
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong understanding of spreadsheet software and CRM applications
  • Ability to work legally in the US without sponsorship
