Client Support Manager

Job Summary

Supporting users remotely, the full-time Client Support Manager will assist with problem-solving during lessons in Romanian while working within a friendly team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support in Romanian, addressing issues that arise during lessons
• Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Romanian (C1/C2 level)
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
• Experience in a support role is welcome
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
