Job Summary
Supporting users in Turkish, the full-time Client Support Manager will resolve issues during lessons, assist with translations, and manage non-assisted support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve user issues in Turkish via chat or calls during lessons
- Assist with translations of instructions and client response templates into Turkish
- Manage non-assisted support through chatbots
Required qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Turkish (C2 level)
- Proficient in English (at least B2 level)
- Experience working in a language school is preferred
- Strong PC user skills
- Ability to handle large amounts of information and multi-task effectively
