Job Summary

Supporting users in Turkish, the full-time Client Support Manager will resolve issues during lessons, assist with translations, and manage non-assisted support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve user issues in Turkish via chat or calls during lessons
  • Assist with translations of instructions and client response templates into Turkish
  • Manage non-assisted support through chatbots
Required qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Turkish (C2 level)
  • Proficient in English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience working in a language school is preferred
  • Strong PC user skills
  • Ability to handle large amounts of information and multi-task effectively
