Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Provider for Financial Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess excellent understanding of Application Support processes and customer service expectations
  • Collaborate with peers and management to provide efficient solutions
  • Independently provide assistance and resources for customer service needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and/or materials management
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • College degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • Must possess strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in healthcare accounting, bookkeeping, and/or materials management preferred
