Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Performance Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide information and support
  • Provide Level 1 support and triage tickets appropriately
  • Document incident status and resolution, communicate updates to customers

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products
  • Ability and desire to learn corporate-specific applications and technology
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service
