Job Summary

  • Document incident status and resolution, communicate updates to customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business administration and customer service
  • Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products
  • Ability and desire to learn corporate-specific applications and technology
  • Good analytical skills and ability to solve problems
