Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative (Product Support Representative I) to provide application support for their software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines
  • Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and common enterprise software solutions
  • May have a degree or equivalent experience
