Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative (Product Support Representative I) to provide application support for their software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines
- Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and common enterprise software solutions
- May have a degree or equivalent experience
