Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative, Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client calls and inquiries related to benefits
  • Research and resolve client issues related to benefits portal configuration and ACA processing
  • Deliver training to team members and clients on benefits functionality and Salesforce workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in human resources, employee benefits, or a customer service call center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Experience providing training for clients or teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ACA compliance and IRS notices related to ACA is a plus
