Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative, Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client calls and inquiries related to benefits
- Research and resolve client issues related to benefits portal configuration and ACA processing
- Deliver training to team members and clients on benefits functionality and Salesforce workflows
Required Qualifications
- Experience in human resources, employee benefits, or a customer service call center environment
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
- Experience providing training for clients or teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ACA compliance and IRS notices related to ACA is a plus
