Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to provide high-quality support to clients navigating payroll cycles and system issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver client-focused support via phone, email, and CRM/ticketing channels with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Own issue resolution by troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and system workflows while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Educate clients on system features and workflows, contributing to knowledge bases and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, payroll operations, or client services
  • Payroll and/or PEO experience is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems or HCM platforms
  • Working knowledge of payroll cycles, tax processing, garnishments, and deductions
  • FPC or CPP certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
