Job Summary

To support client success, the full-time Client Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients using the Webassessor platform, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of certification programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with user management, exam setup, and navigating platform features
  • Document client interactions and escalate complex technical issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer support, technical support, or SaaS support experience
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
