Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Support Representative will respond to product application support inquiries, analyze software issues, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines and timeframes
- Interact with clients to provide information and process inquiries regarding products and services
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to higher support levels as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common enterprise software solutions
- Ability to research and utilize available resources to resolve client issues
- Participation in internal training on products and services is expected
