Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Support Representative will respond to product application support inquiries, analyze software issues, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines and timeframes
  • Interact with clients to provide information and process inquiries regarding products and services
  • Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to higher support levels as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to research and utilize available resources to resolve client issues
  • Participation in internal training on products and services is expected
