Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Client Support Representative will assist financial institutions with bill pay education, site navigation, issue resolution, and basic technical troubleshooting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support through inbound phone calls and online chats to resolve client inquiries related to bill pay
  • Ensure first-call resolution to enhance the client experience and satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions and adapt to assigned shifts post-training within specified hours
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with financial services or payment solutions
  • Ability to work remotely while residing within 70 miles of Louisville, KY
  • Availability for training from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
