Job Summary

To support a growing background screening company, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through professional management of calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Track and disposition client interactions in the CRM system, resolving requests and technical issues accurately
  • Process service orders in compliance with departmental standards and provide service recommendations to existing accounts
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in client service and data entry
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining quality and productivity
