Job Summary
To support a growing background screening company, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships through professional management of calls, emails, and chat inquiries
- Track and disposition client interactions in the CRM system, resolving requests and technical issues accurately
- Process service orders in compliance with departmental standards and provide service recommendations to existing accounts
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in client service and data entry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining quality and productivity
