Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist (Tier 1).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the voice of the company to clients, providing positive experiences
  • Provide technical support via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems remotely
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product suite and escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • General technical aptitude
  • Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma required, college degree a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTTP response status codes
  • Being a bilingual speaker is a plus (Spanish)
