Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or support role
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Preferred financial planning designations such as FPQP or CFP
  • Knowledge or experience in investment, retirement, life insurance, education, or estate planning
  • Strong aptitude for technology and experience with web applications
