Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails regarding the company's applications
- Provide technical and planning product support to advisors and assist with financial planning scenarios
- Log interactions comprehensively and escalate complex issues to tier two teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or support role
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Preferred financial planning designations such as FPQP or CFP
- Knowledge or experience in investment, retirement, life insurance, education, or estate planning
- Strong aptitude for technology and experience with web applications
