Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and communications while managing quotes for services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and resolve client issues
- Analyze client data and provide recommendations for process improvements and support trends
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerBI
- Ability to manage time and workflow independently
- Technical aptitude for providing support and guidance to clients
- Experience in a customer service or client support role
- Familiarity with diagnostic and analytical testing services is a plus
