Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and communications while managing quotes for services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and resolve client issues
  • Analyze client data and provide recommendations for process improvements and support trends
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerBI
  • Ability to manage time and workflow independently
  • Technical aptitude for providing support and guidance to clients
  • Experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Familiarity with diagnostic and analytical testing services is a plus
