Client Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist with some SQL experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot platform errors, configuration, and data issues while advising clients on product features
• Provide in-depth education and assistance on product functionality and technical architecture
• Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e., SQL Server, Postgres)
• Exposure to the financial industry, banking, lending, commercial real estate, or capital markets is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Eagerness to grow and excel in a dynamic team environment
