Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot product and training-related questions via phone, email, and live chat
• Document issues in Salesforce and provide resolutions to ensure client success
• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience
• Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
• Reliable Internet Service Provider
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
