Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to oversee client accounts and facilitate project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sr./Strategic/Principal Client Service Manager in supporting client accounts and managing project implementation
- Proactively communicate account status and issues to stakeholders, ensuring all tasks are documented and tracked
- Review client materials for quality standards and suggest process improvements for enhanced customer service efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related field experience
- Proven experience in supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results
- Highly accountable and proactive in taking initiative and following through on tasks
