Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails regarding applications
  • Provide technical and planning product support to advisors
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions while maintaining call quality
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center/customer service/support role or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred
  • Knowledge of at least two financial planning topics such as investment or retirement
  • Strong aptitude for technology and experience with web applications
