Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist II to provide technical assistance and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document client issues from various sources, classify severity, and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Provide level one technical support and assist with software updates and installations, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Verify systems during and after outages, monitor critical processing, and notify clients of any missed deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with help desk and POS terminal support
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferred
