Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist II to provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and document client issues from various sources, classify severity, and coordinate resolution efforts
- Provide level one technical support and assist with software updates and installations, escalating complex issues as needed
- Verify systems during and after outages, monitor critical processing, and notify clients of any missed deliverables
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with help desk and POS terminal support
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferred
