Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote training and maintain a knowledge base of system capabilities and troubleshooting techniques
- Establish relationships with client billing departments and advocate for customer experience improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles supporting SaaS products
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of medical billing software and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- High school diploma or GED with relevant experience or equivalent education
- Medical industry knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is a plus
