Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles supporting SaaS products
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of medical billing software and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant experience or equivalent education
  • Medical industry knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is a plus
