Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of service calls, chats, or emails regarding platform applications
  • Provide technical and planning product support to advisors and assist with financial planning scenarios
  • Maintain high levels of call quality and professionalism while meeting efficiency standards
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center/customer service/support role or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Preferred financial planning designations such as FPQP or CFP
  • Knowledge/Experience in at least two financial planning topics like investment or retirement
  • Strong aptitude for technology and experience with web applications
