Client Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a EA-Client Support Specialist I to provide support for Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for clients using digital tools for campaigns, parties, and organizations
• Conduct web-based training for new customers to help them utilize the tools effectively
• Assist clients with compliance and fundraising needs while promoting social missions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics
• At least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools in political campaigns or nonprofits
• Experience using NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder
• Professional phone manner and proven self-motivation
• Experience in customer relations is valued but not required
