Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to assist with the successful delivery of their platform and provide support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior team members with client project tasks and timelines, including the annual open enrollment process
  • Learn and support critical processes like EDI file intake and modifications to ensure data integrity
  • Identify and report system bugs and client-reported issues to senior team members for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a benefits-related field, strongly preferred
  • Must pass a successful background investigation
  • Entry-level position with a strong desire to learn and grow in client delivery and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, particularly Excel
