Job Summary

A company is looking for an EA-Client Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely responses to inbound support requests with positivity and empathy
  • Triage and resolve client issues through collaboration with various teams
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and participate in team meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics
  • At least one year of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns or nonprofits
  • Experience using NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder in a professional capacity
  • Previous experience in customer relations or an equivalent field is valued
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work effectively as part of a team
