Job Summary
A company is looking for an EA-Client Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to inbound support requests with positivity and empathy
- Triage and resolve client issues through collaboration with various teams
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and participate in team meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics
- At least one year of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns or nonprofits
- Experience using NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder in a professional capacity
- Previous experience in customer relations or an equivalent field is valued
- Proven ability to self-motivate and work effectively as part of a team
