Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to provide customer support for US-based clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately log and track all customer interactions in CRM/support tools and follow defined workflows for issue resolution
  • Deliver empathetic communication and educate customers on product usage and policies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support
  • Experience handling multi-channel support (email, phone, chat)
