Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to provide customer support for US-based clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately log and track all customer interactions in CRM/support tools and follow defined workflows for issue resolution
- Deliver empathetic communication and educate customers on product usage and policies
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support
- Experience handling multi-channel support (email, phone, chat)
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn quickly
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM for support is an advantage
- Ability to handle time-sensitive and high-pressure situations
