Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and process medical documentation from client systems
  • Assist in compiling and reconciling client data for reporting and resolution
  • Support prebill work queue resolution and communicate operational findings with the Client Delivery team
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management preferred
  • Familiarity with medical claims documentation and payer/provider data processes preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of basic office applications, including MS Office
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
