Job Summary
Client Support Specialist is a remote, hourly position responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client and customer inquiries across various channels while ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide omni-channel support to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Utilize systematic approaches to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues
- Educate customers on maximizing the benefits of products and services offered
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support or operations role
- Empathy and passion for helping customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with iOS or Android platforms is a plus
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM is preferred
