Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone channels, the full-time Client Support Specialist will address inquiries, escalate technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support across email, chat, and phone channels
  • Swiftly and accurately address customer inquiries and escalate technical issues as needed
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships within the Customer Support team and across departments
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience focused on customer satisfaction
  • Experience with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZenDesk, or Intercom is preferred
  • Proficiency or familiarity with a coding language such as HTML/CSS or SQL is preferred
  • Familiarity with Bonterra's software solutions, specifically EveryAction and Salsa, is a bonus
