Job Summary
Detail-oriented and accountable, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely from Friday to Tuesday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound support tickets through Zendesk and troubleshoot client-reported technical issues
- Investigate delivery problems and account configuration errors, documenting findings clearly
- Communicate professionally with clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of technical troubleshooting or technical support experience
- 2+ years working in a ticket-based support environment
- Experience troubleshooting software/platform-related issues
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
