Job Summary

Detail-oriented and accountable, the full-time Client Support Specialist will manage inbound support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely from Friday to Tuesday.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound support tickets through Zendesk and troubleshoot client-reported technical issues
  • Investigate delivery problems and account configuration errors, documenting findings clearly
  • Communicate professionally with clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical troubleshooting or technical support experience
  • 2+ years working in a ticket-based support environment
  • Experience troubleshooting software/platform-related issues
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
