Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the remote Client Support Specialist will assist clients with day-to-day questions via live chat, Zoom calls, and email, providing expert guidance on software tools and processes while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on Ninety's tools and processes
- Interpret client inquiries and provide tailored solutions, including troubleshooting and investigating potential bugs
- Maintain high levels of follow-through on client commitments and advocate for client needs within the organization
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of support experience in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with PC and Mac systems and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in live channel support, particularly chat-based interactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
