Job Summary
To support a growing client-facing department, the full-time remote Client Support Specialist will coordinate client inquiries, oversee account intake processes, and maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional correspondence
- Manage daily account intake processes and execute data validation for account accuracy
- Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers and maintaining accurate account notations
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience
- Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is beneficial but not required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus
