Job Summary
Providing frontline technical and customer support for MyClubHub users, the remote Client Support Specialist will manage inbound cases, resolve Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 issues, and ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for triaging and categorizing inbound cases
- Resolve Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 support issues related to MyClubHub and Salesforce functionality
- Maintain professional communication with Clubs and document case updates in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of client support or customer support experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce administration experience preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Additional administrative or technical support experience preferred
