Job Summary

Providing frontline technical and customer support for MyClubHub users, the remote Client Support Specialist will manage inbound cases, resolve Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 issues, and ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for triaging and categorizing inbound cases
  • Resolve Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 support issues related to MyClubHub and Salesforce functionality
  • Maintain professional communication with Clubs and document case updates in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of client support or customer support experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce administration experience preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Additional administrative or technical support experience preferred
