Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting clients in the Atlanta area, the full-time Client Support Specialist will assist long-term clients with court attendance and connect them to supportive services while engaging with community partners to enhance service opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Triage client requests for supportive services and respond to court information inquiries within 24 hours
- Engage with community support organizations to improve service delivery and maintain client advocacy records in Salesforce
- Document client interactions and outcomes effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and service quality monitoring
Required qualifications
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
- Demonstrates a commitment to racial and social justice and/or criminal legal reform
- Possesses experience in data entry and basic data analysis, with familiarity in Salesforce and G Suite preferred
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Shows a willingness to learn and adapt while maintaining a focus on timely and accurate work delivery
