Key Responsibilities

  • Handle communications across multiple platforms, maintaining consistency and quality in every interaction
Required Qualifications
  • Background in the design and development industry, preferably with knowledge of WordPress
  • Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex technical concepts
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience using shared inbox tools like Front and conducting client meetings via phone or Zoom
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team
