Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Client Support Specialist will provide application support and customer service remotely, focusing on diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues while maintaining accurate records and adhering to service management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and application support in line with defined service levels
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues using a customer-centric approach
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and system changes in compliance with data protection policies
Required qualifications
- High-level understanding of supported applications and their functionalities
- Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools
- Familiarity with database systems, including querying and data manipulation
- 1-3 years of experience in application support, preferably in Local Government or SaaS environments
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a technical support environment
